I think the "ethnicities" part is a bit confusing. Why are some in parenthesis and some not? Does it mean Hispanic and Mediterranean are the same thing, or that African and Caribbean are the same thing?

Yeah it means the same thing. I didn't come up with it, this is a selection in FM player creation.
